Remote support

With remote support, our staff will guide you step by step to resolve issues or configure your systems. Chat support is available via the Microsoft Teams collaboration platform, while for screen sharing we use TeamViewer, a service included in every RDE distribution.

Cloud area

Securely exchange data and files through a dedicated Cloud area, set up for each customer.
Access requires only a valid email; for long-term sharing, we recommend using a Microsoft Account, which can be registered for free at account.microsoft.com or signup.live.com/signup.
