Remote assistance
Remote assistance is available through TeamViewer, which is already included in any distribution of RDE or freely downloadable.
Cloud Area
A Cloud area is available for each customer for exchanging data and files.
To access the cloud areas it is sufficient to have a valid and active e-mail address.
Further instructions will be provided directly by the support staff.
For long-term shares, it is still advisable to have a Microsoft Account, which can be registered for free, using your email address https://account.microsoft.com or at https://signup.live.com/signup.

Teaching materials
To get familiar with Robox software tools we suggest to follow the educational program present in this section.
The best would be to equip a workstation with a motion controller connected, or use the dedicate DONGLE (AS3045.001).
We remind you that from inside RDE, “predefined examples” menu (main tool bar “help”), it is possible to view a wide range of projects dedicated to solving various motion problems.
For these projects, once the connection has been established and the download of the programs executed, it will be possible to modify the source code, follow the execution in step-by-step using the debugger and study its behavior using the tools that RDE makes available such as monitors, Oscilloscopes , 2D/3D graphic panels etc.
