Suitable for servomotors and induction motors with a power range from 0.37 kW (1.5 A) up to 5.5 kW (16 A).
Dimensions
Its ultracompact profile, only 40 mm wide and 174 mm deep, allows you to maximize space in the electrical cabinet. To provide the flexibility you need, the drive is available in three different heights, depending on your application’s power requirements:
- Frame 1 (233 mm): Rated current from 1.5 to 4.2 A and peak current up to 12.6 A (at 400 V).
- Frame 2 (278 mm): Rated current from 6 to 10.8 A and peak current up to 31.5 A (at 400 V).
- Frame 3 (328 mm): Rated current from 13.5 to 16 A and peak current up to 48 A (at 400 V).
Thermal managment
Ultraflow™ technology ensures efficient heat dissipation, allowing for drive installation in confined spaces without compromising its reliability.
Communications and expandability
Communications
The main interface is EtherCAT, equipped with a 2-port switch for quick and easy integration. It supports CoE (DS402) for motion control and EoE (Ethernet over EtherCAT) protocols for remote diagnostics and simplified configuration.
Input/Output (I/O)
It features two digital inputs and two multifunction digital outputs for superior control flexibility.
Feedback
Trasducer interfaces
It supports up to two position feedback connections, including key industrial protocols such as EnDat 2.2, EnDat 3, BiSS, SC Hiperface, Resolver, and many others.
Encoder simulation
It offers a dedicated output for encoder simulation, even in virtual mode.
Autoconfiguration (Coming Soon)
An upcoming feature that will allow autoconfiguration of motor parameters via an electronic nameplate (if supported by the motor manufacturer).
Safety functions
STO function
It includes an integrated STO (Safe Torque Off) input, certified SIL3 / PLe, to ensure maximum protection for the operator and machinery.
Cutting-edge safety
For applications requiring a higher level of safety, the optional MiS250 module can be added. It extends the integrated functions by adding features like Safe Stop 1, Safely Limited Speed, and Safe Direction.
