Remote assistance is available through TeamViewer, which is already included in any distribution of RDE or freely downloadable from our site.

Customer FTP areas

An FTP (File Transport Protocol) server is available at Robox and can be accessed via Internet 24 hours a day.
Each customer can ask for his own credentials (an username and a password) allowing him to access his FTP area, where it is possible to both download and upload files.

Using any FTP client software, use following parameters to connect the FTP server:

Hostname: customer.robox.it
Username: username
Password: password

Please dot not use server ftp.robox.it to access these FTP areas.

Access to an FTP area can be required via email to support@robox.it or by phone (+39 0331 922086).
