FTP server

An FTP (File Transport Protocol) server is available at Robox and can be accessed via Internet 24 hours a day.
Each customer can ask for his own account (Username + password) allowing him to access his FTP area, where it is possible to both download and upload files.
Connection is obtained as follows (with any FTP software):

Host name: customer.robox.it
User name: username
Password: password

With a browser such as Internet Explorer 5.01 or Netscape 4.73 the syntax is as follows: ftp://username@customer.robox.it; enter your password when required.

If any problem is encountered when accessing the ftp area in our server (for instance because of a proxy installed in your network) you can directly access the FTP service at the web address: http://www.robox.it:8000

Access to an FTP area can be required via e-mail to support@robox.it or by phone (+39 0331 922086).
