New µRMC3 installing the same CPU P2020 presented at SPS Nuernberg, November 2010 for the RBXM family.
New CPU P2020 installing the brand new super-performing Freescale microprocessor bearing the same name. Its computing capability permits to close the loops at frequencies higher than 1KHz. Its wide communication resources in just 5W of resistive power render it the ideal motion for the motion control.
The integrated drive SPIMD20, was selected as the most popular electro-mechanical product of the year in EE Times''ACE (Annual Creativity in Electronics) Awards program. This prestigious electronics industry recognition event honors outstanding achievement of people, products and companies that show leadership and innovation in the global industry
Integrated Motor Drive SPIMD20, designed in cooperation with STMicroelectronics
motion controller µRMC2, direct descendant of the well known µRMC, equipped with two Ethernet ports for a more friendly communication with the servo drives and the remoted I/O (Ethercat) and with the HMI or factory networks (TCP/IP).
Remote support through TeamViewer Quick Support
Possibility to use/write Object Block, "classes" written in C++ which can be used by the other programming languages available with the Robox motion controllers.
Beside the OPC server, an activeX controller is available for BCC3 communication with the Robox motion controllers. It can be used by any Windows applications (Vb or Excel) to read/write the main variables of the connected motion controller.
New movement instruction MOT (Multiple Output Table) permitting to easily program the interpolation of more axes depending on an incoming value (time, position of a physical or virtual axis). The interpolation can be linear, of third order or of fifth order.
Added the possibility to create virtual disks (RAM disks) to be used, for instance, for temporary files created by an external PC and written run-time during execution, or files deriving from self-learnt trajectories.
New project graphic configurator (RDE3.4.1) enabling to define axes, power sets, robotics structures, etc.
Integration of the RPE (Robox Path Executor) plug-in in the RTE (Real Time Extended) firmware
OPC Server now available.
